A power outage and road closure was blamed on a traffic accident in the village of Penn Yan late-Thursday.
The accident happened around 6:30 p.m. and resulted int he closure of Seneca Street between Cherry Street to Central Avenue.
A truck hauling milk collided with a utility pole near the Penn Yan Moose Club.
