The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a local man after a larceny investigation.
Thomas McNeill, 31, of Seneca Falls was arrested on January 31st, 2023, following an investigation into a theft that occurred on October 31st, 2022.
McNeill was charged with one count of petit larceny for stealing an electric bicycle that was parked outside a local business.
According to the police, McNeill was observed on surveillance footage placing the bicycle into his truck and driving away with it.
He was arrested and released on an appearance ticket, and is scheduled to answer the charge in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
