Kimberly Rowland, 61, was charged with trespassing, menacing, and stalking.
She’s accused of repeatedly entering a property in Dixon where she was not allowed to be.
Rowland was also brandishing a knife, police said. She was taken into custody and set to answer the charges at a later date.
Four days after being taken into custody, the 61-year-old was arrested again for criminal contempt.
