Storflex Holdings in Steuben County, New York will receive $3.15 million in funding from the state through the Regional Economic Development Council initiative.
The funding, which includes a $2.2 million Empire State Development grant and $950,000 in Excelsior Jobs Tax Credits, will be used to complete a two-site expansion project in the town of Erwin and the village of Riverside.
The expansion will add new production lines for designer retail shelving components, walk-in coolers and freezers, and engineering services for customers in North America and Canada.
The project is one of 21 projects statewide to receive funding from the initiative, aimed at growing New York’s economy and creating high-quality jobs.
