Police in Seneca Falls arrested Jamie Swarthout, 30, early on Tuesday, January 31st following a domestic incident.
The investigation found that Swarthout entered the victim’s residence after being instructed not to, which led to a domestic disturbance.
When police attempted to take Swarthout into custody they physically resisted.
Swarthout was charged with criminal trespass, resisting arrest, and obstruction.
These charges are all Class A misdemeanors. Swarthout was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to be arraigned.
