Bath duo arrested twice in two days for menacing, harassment, and other violations

The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Bath duo following two incidents on consecutive days.

On January 29th Andrew Shipps, 35, of Bath was arrested following a domestic incident. Tiffany Fellows, 35, of Bath was also arrested after allegedly making threats toward another person with a dangerous instrument.


Shipps was charged with criminal mischief, while Fellows was charged with menacing.

Both were arraigned and released.

The next day, both were arrested again following a report of court orders that were violated. It’s alleged that the two ignored a court order that was issued the day prior, resulting in additional charges of criminal contempt.

They were arraigned and released.
