The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for parts of the Finger Lakes as lake effect snow makes travel tough in parts of the region.
Total accumulations of 4-7 inches is expected in parts of Cayuga, Wayne, and Oswego counties.
The advisory runs through 4 p.m., according to officials with the NWS.
They say travel could become difficult in parts of the region – especially along the State Route 104 corridor between Monroe and Oswego counties.
