Powerball jackpot soars to $613 million with no winner yet: 10th largest U.S. prize in sight

No one claimed the grand prize in the Saturday night Powerball drawing, which has caused the jackpot to soar to an estimated $613 million. The winning numbers from the draw (2, 18, 23, 27, 47, and 15) failed to produce a winner, and this current jackpot is on its way to becoming a record-breaking prize.

In the list of the largest lottery jackpots in U.S. history, the tenth spot is held by a $687.8 million Powerball jackpot.

If there’s no winner in Monday evening’s draw, the current jackpot could reach the top 10. Although, it still has a long way to go to become the largest lottery jackpot in history, which is the $2.04 billion prize claimed in California in November 2022.

The Powerball game is held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday evening, with information on how to play available on the New York Lottery’s website.
