Deputies say an Ontario man was taken into custody on several charges following a disturbance on Tuesday.
Around 11:30 a.m. deputies arrested Christopher Kowalski, 30, for two counts of harassment, criminal contempt, obstruction, and disorderly conduct.
Kowalski is accused of approaching and entering a building to make contact with a person who had an active court order protecting them.
It was reported that Mr. Kowalski began yelling, and striking the wall. He then allegedly kicked and punched the door, attempting to open the locked office door where the victims were hiding.
Kowalski is then accused of making numerous threats to the protected party and other victims at that location. When deputies arrived to take him into custody he refused to follow commands and made threats to intimidate them.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
