State police arrested a Seneca Falls man following a traffic stop on January 22nd.
Police say they stopped Noah Bonney, 24, of Seneca Falls for having a suspended registration. The traffic stop happened on Fall Street.
Upon further investigation it was determined that the 24-year-old was intoxicated. He was charged with DWI, operating with a BAC over 0.08%, and other violations.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
