The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a Hall resident on felony charges.
On December 30th Tonye J. Savage, a 47-year-old resident of Hall was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree. The incident in question occurred on November 18th at a business located on Eastern Boulevard in the city of Canandaigua.
According to reports, Savage allegedly threw a bag of pretzels at another female during an altercation at the business.
The identity of the other individual involved in the altercation and the specific details of the incident have not been released to the public.
Savage is due to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date to face the charges.
