The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Geneva man following a traffic stop for inoperable plate lamps.
Michael Rosa, 29, of Geneva was charged with DWI after being stopped by deputies for operating a vehicle without proper plate lamps.
The traffic stop occurred on State Route 96, according to a release from the sheriff’s office.
Rosa was found to be intoxicated and charged with DWI.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
