Police responded to the 100 block of Chestnut Street around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday following a stabbing.
The call came in and upon arrival officers found a person who had sustained a stab wound to their torso.
The victim, who was described as a city resident, was transported to a regional trauma center.
Police say the investigation into the incident remains active. At this point, no suspect has been identified.
