On Friday, January 21st at 8:01 p.m., police arrested Timothy L. Wilson, a resident of Seneca Falls, following a traffic stop on Fall Street.

According to the police report, Wilson’s vehicle was pulled over due to a non-functioning headlamp and failure to use a turn signal.

Upon further investigation, it was observed that Wilson was intoxicated. He was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) as well as driving with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .08% or higher. These charges were considered felonies due to a prior conviction. In addition to DWI, Wilson was also charged with inadequate headlamps and unsafe turn without a signal.

After being processed, Wilson was released with traffic tickets and is due to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
