Police arrested a Penn Yan resident following an investigation into a shooting threat.
Mollie Vanbuskirk, 32, of Penn Yan was charged with aggravated harassment after threatening to shoot a person over the phone.
The victim feared for their safety, police said in a release.
After investigation, police arrested Vanbuskirk. However, when they were taking her into custody – she resisted – kicking a police officer.
She was arraigned and will answer the charge at a later date.
