Police arrested a 56-year-old Seneca Falls man following a traffic stop on a residential street on January 16th.
Brian Devine, 56, of Seneca Falls was arrested at 5:10 p.m., according to police, who say it followed a traffic stop on Center Street.
Devine had been stopped by the police for failure to stop at a stop sign and after roadside investigation was found to be intoxicated.
He was issued tickets for driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC (blood alcohol content) of .08% or higher, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Devine was later released and is expected to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
