Three people have been arrested after a larceny and conspiracy investigation in Canandaigua.
On December 31st Hunter M. Gallo, 30, and Lisa M. Compagni, 34, were arrested for third-degree burglary, while Lonnie M. Casolare, 54, was arrested for conspiracy in the fifth degree.
The arrests were made in connection with an investigation into a larceny complaint at the Canandaigua Walmart. According to authorities, Gallo and Compagni stole store merchandise totaling $763.50 and were banned from all Walmart properties at the time of the incident.
Casolare was charged for allegedly aiding in the commission of a D Felony.
All three suspects were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention.
They are scheduled to appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
