Police arrested a Seneca Falls resident on several charges following a disturbance on November 26th in Canandaigua.
Daniel Bailey, age 30, was arrested for criminal trespass, resisting arrest, obstruction, and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Mill Street.
Investigators found that after being instructed twice that he wasn’t allowed at the business – Bailey entered and made threats against other patrons.
He was removed by staff and later arrested by police. Officers said in a release that Bailey resisted while being taken into custody.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
