Police arrested a Canandaigua resident following an erratic driver complaint on North Main Street.
On December 14th around 9:30 a.m. police arrested Michael Chambers, age 34, for driving while intoxicated.
Police said in a release that Chambers was found to be intoxicated after a roadside investigation.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
