State police arrested a Manchester man on felony rape charges after an investigation.
Matthew Beck Jr., age 25, of Manchester is accused of sexually assaulting a physically helpless woman in the village at an earlier date.
He also had three active bench warrants for not showing up to court when taken into custody on the felony rape charge.
The other charges Beck faces includes larceny, criminal mischief, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was held on bail, according to troopers.
