At least 60 missiles were launched across Ukraine by Russia on Friday, with four cities being hit including Kyiv.
According to the Associated Press, a residential building had been hit in one of these cities killing at least two people as others looked for survivors.
Kharkiv had water and electricity services impacted as thousands hid in subway stations to stay safe during the missile strikes. It’s been reported that in the city of Kyiv, around 37 of the 40 missiles shot at the city were able to be shot down, with one injury.
Russia attacking Ukraine energy sources like electricity and water is a new strategy that’s attempting to push the country into submission.
