Deputies: Erratic driving leads to DWI arrest in Wayne County

Deputies report the arrest of a Rochester man following a traffic stop that happened in the town of Williamson on Sunday, December 11th around 4:15 a.m.

Olbin Gonzalez-Gomez, age 41, of Rochester was charged with DWI and other violations after erratically driving on Route 104.


Deputies said in a release he failed to keep right, then during a traffic stop – failed field sobriety testing.

He was found to have a BAC over the legal limit.

Deputies say the charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
