Troopers say a 26-year-old Seneca Falls resident was arrested after a traffic stop on State Route 20 in Tyre.
Nathan Kennedy, age 26, of Seneca Falls was stopped after failing to stop at a red light.
He was found to be intoxicated and charged with DWI and other violations.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
