Police: Seneca Falls man faces felony charges after drug investigation in Penn Yan

Police say a Seneca Falls man faces felony charges after a Superior Court Warrant was issued for his arrest in Penn Yan.

Shawntee Myricks, age 39, of Seneca Falls was charged with two counts of felony criminal ssale of a controlled substance, as well as two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.


When Myricks was taken into custody he was found to be in possession of a stun gun, $1,000 cash, and multiple cell phones.

He was arraigned and held on $20,000 cash bail, or $40,000 bond.

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the investigation and located Myricks in Farmington.
