Troopers report the arrest of a Shortsville man on weapons and drug charges after an investigation in Clifton Springs.
Harrison Hardy, age 32, of Shortsville is accused of menacing a person with a handgun in violation of a court order.
Investigators executed a search warrant on Hardy’s apartment – discovering a loaded handgun, cocaine, and other drugs.
He was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing, aggravated family offense, and first-degree criminal contempt.
He was processed and sent to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
