The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 22-year-old Fairport resident following a larceny investigation.
Devon Duncan, age 22, of Fairport was arrested after a larceny at the Walmart store in Victor.
It was discovered that over the course of a month, while employed at the store, Duncan stole merchandise that was valued at nearly $400.
Duncan was charged with petit larceny and issued an appearance ticket.
