Officials say a a fatal bulldozer accident in Livingston County remains under investigation.
It happened a little before 6 p.m. on Saturday along Dunkley Road in Leicester.
Thomas Swyers, age 72, of Perry was using a bulldozer to clear a portion of wooded area.
He was found dead in the woods where he was working. Family had become worried about his well-being when Swyer didn’t return after dark.
Investigators believe the incident was an accident and occurred when Swyer fell off the dozer while it was in gear.
