Deputies report the arrest of a Geneva man following a domestic incident on Genesis Way.
On Saturday around 12:11 p.m. deputies arrested Michael Rabczewski, age 57, of Geneva for criminal contempt.
It’s alleged that Rabsczewski was in violation of a class A protective order at the time of the incident.
Other details were not released.
He was arraigned at the Ontario County Jail.
