Deputies say Paddock’s blood alcohol content was found to be 0.25% at the time of a crash on Gannett Road in Galen. It happened around 1 a.m. on November 1st, deputies reported.

Speed was also said to be a factor. Paddock reportedly slammed on the brakes, causing his vehicle to roll over. He had a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the wreck.

Both were sent to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Paddock was released on tickets and will be arraigned at the Town of Galen Court at a later date and time.
