The Syracuse Crunch picked up a 5-3 victory over the Toronto Marlies on Wednesday night at the Upstate Medical University Arena, extending their win streak to five.
Darren Raddysh, Gemel Smith, Daniel Walcott, Gage Goncalves, and Ryan Jones all netted goals for the Crunch. Max Lagace started between the pipes and stopped 16-of-18 shots before leaving the game in the third period with an injury. Hugo Alnefelt took over and turned aside 15-of-16.
Syracuse went 0-for-1 on the power play and a perfect 2-for-2 on the penalty kill.
The Crunch will be back in action on Friday when they host the Providence Bruins at 7 p.m.
