KENNY’S 2 PENNIES: The Slide Continues (podcast)

The Syracuse Orange football team struggled once again over the weekend, and Kenny Haas shares his thoughts on this week’s Kenny’s 2 Pennies. The Orange have now lost five straight games after the 45-35 game at Wake Forest this past Saturday. Kenny wonders about Dino Baber’s future as head coach as his tenure begins to mirror former head coach Scott Shafer’s exit from the program. Boston College awaits this Saturday and Kenny is nervous as the Eagles have played tough against top ACC programs this season.

The Bills stopped their skid with a win over the Browns on Sunday. Kenny debates about whether Josh Allen has solved his Gomer Pyle issues as now the focus shifts back to Detroit and the Lions for a Thanksgiving game. He also discusses the football slate for Thanksgiving and his plans for watching those contests.

Kenny wraps up the show on the topic of roundball, as the Syracuse basketball team defeated Richmond in overtime last night. It was shades of 1991 for Kenny as the focus now shifts to old Big East foe St. John’s tonight in the Empire Classic. High school hoops are also about to begin and before he signs off, Kenny looks at the Waterloo girls’ program and their preparation for the season.
