The Syracuse Orange women’s basketball team (4-1) dropped its first game of the season, falling to the Penn State Lady Lions (5-0), 82-69, at the Bryce Jordan Center on Monday night.
Syracuse led 55-45 after three quarters but completely fell apart in the fourth as they were outscored 37-14.
The Orange were led by Dyaisha Fair, who scored a team-high 20 points. Teisha Hyman netted 19, while Asia Strong added 11.
