The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sodus man following an investigation.
David Rodriguez, age 25, of Sodus was charged with two counts of harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, as well as felony counts of criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.
The incident took place Tuesday on Robinson Road around 8:45 a.m. He’s accused of shoving a woman to the ground – violating a court order in the process. He’s accused of shoving another woman during the incident too.
The whole ordeal unfolded in front of a child, deputies said.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
