Police: Driver had no interlock device, suspended license during traffic stop in Canandaigua

Police arrested a Canandaigua resident following a traffic stop on South Main Street.

On November 4th around 10 p.m. police arrested Brian Tassone, 61, of Canandaigua was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without an interlock device, and other traffic violations.


After the traffic stop it was determined he was driving with a revoked license and didn’t have the interlock device installed on his vehicle, as required by law.

He will answer the charges at a later date.
