Police arrested a Geneva man following an investigation into a stolen car.
On Sunday police responded to Wadsworth Street for a stolen car. Officers arrived and located the stoeln vehicle and suspect, identified as Nelson Mejia-Juarez, 34, of Geneva.
Investigators found that he was intoxicated and operating the vehicle without an interlock device.
He also had a suspended driver’s license and felony warrants out of Wayne County.
Police say Mejia-Juarez was charged with felony grand larceny, felony DWI, felony AUO, operating without an interlock device, and unlicensed operation.
Police said he also possessed a fraudulent permanent resident card.
