On Saturday, November 5th around 11:18 a.m. police arrested Sheila Buckingham-Nalley, 55, of Ovid.
The arrest followed a larceny investigation at the Walmart store in Seneca Falls.
Buckingham-Nalley is accused of passing all points of sale without paying for items she possessed.
She was charged with petit larceny, released, and will appear at a later date in local court.
