Clyde man causes $8,600 worth of damage to apartment after eviction in Lyons

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Clyde man following an investigation that began in May after an apartment was badly damaged.

According to a news release, the investigation took place on May 10th at 39 Canal Street in the Town of Lyons.

Deputies arrested Bradley Orlopp, 34, of Clyde for criminal mischief.

It’s alleged that after his girlfriend was evicted from 39 Canal Street – he returned to the property and caused damage to the apartment.

Further investigation determined that more than $8,600 worth of damage was done to the home.

Orlopp was taken into custody on November 4th and will answer the charges at a later date.
