Police arrested a 38-year-old Waterloo man on a warrant following a domestic incident that happened in September.
Cassidy Ward, 38, of Waterloo was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful imprisonment, obstruction, and other misdemeanors.
Several of the charges are felonies.
He was arraigned on the charges after already being in custody for an unrelated incident.
