Paul Russo and Nick Felice are in the studio for a late week edition of Fresh Takes. It was a battle between their favorite college football teams last Saturday, as Syracuse fell to Notre Dame in the dome. The guys recap the game and go over the first installment of the College Football Playoff rankings. Paul and Nick look ahead to the weekend and preview major games, including Tennessee and Georgia meeting in Athens.

Disgraced Washington Commanders owner Daniel Snyder is exploring selling the franchise, bringing much joy to Paul. They look back at the weekend’s games, including the Bills rocking the Packers and make their picks for the weekend.
The World Series is in full swing as the Astros and Phillies are tied up at 2-2. Paul and Nick talk about the key players so far in the series and how the games have been. They also dive in to whether the no-hitter thrown by the Astros Wednesday night has the same weight due to it being a combined effort.
