The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Bath resident following an investigation into a stolen vehicle.
Terry Lamere, 48, is accused of stealing a car from a residence on October 2nd. He then sent threatening messages to the owner of the vehicle.
Lamere was charged with grand larceny, aggravated harassment, and petit larceny.
He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
