The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office has identified the body that was found at the Conesus Lake outlet in Lakeville last week.
Daniel Wnuk, 73, who had been reported missing on October 24th was identified as the person found in the small body of water.
Deputies said he was reported missing after family were not able to get ahold of him.
The investigation into the incident remains active.
