The real estate market in the Finger Lakes and Central New York is showing some signs of slowing down.
It’s not an exclusively local trend, but one that’s starting to play out in real estate data.
In Cayuga County, residential sales dipped 15.1% in the third quarter compared to 2021. The median sale price of those homes was also down 2.7%.
Median sale prices are still significantly higher than they were before the pandemic.
