A Geneva man who was set to go to trial has taken a plea deal.
Prosecutors told the Finger Lakes Times that Matthew Jackson, 38, pleaded guilty in court on Friday to a felony burglary charge. Sentencing was set for January 19th.
The 38-year-old was arrested in March 2021 after a burglary on Maxwell Avenue.
The victim of the burglary originally stated that there were two suspects. However, a second person never faced charges related to the incident.
