Police: Canandaigua driver didn’t have interlock device in car after DWI conviction

Police say a Canandaigua man was arrested on two charges after a traffic stop on North Main Street.

The driver, identified as Anthony Cecena, 33, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and operating without an interlock device.

Cecena had a revoked license at the time of the traffic stop due to a previous DWI conviction.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
