Police arrested a Canandaigua woman following a disturbance on Bemis Street.
The incident occurred on September 15th, according to a news release. However, Jamie Fry, 20, of Canandaigua wasn’t arrested until October 22nd.
She was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.
Police said Fry struck a person while at that location in September.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
