Police arrested a Canandaigua man following a disturbance on West Avenue.
Jerry Robinson, 38, of Canandaigua was charged with assault and criminal mischief after the incident.
Police say Robinson struck another person, resulting in their glasses breaking. The victim also suffered a concussion, according to police.
Robinson was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
