Bills activate CB Tre’Davious White, acquire S Dean Marlowe in trade with Falcons

The Buffalo Bills made several more roster moves on Tuesday following their trade with the Indianapolis Colts for running back Nyheim Hines.

The team activated cornerback Tre’Davious White from the Reserve/PUP list. In addition to this move, Buffalo acquired safety Dean Marlowe from the Atlanta Falcons in exchange for a 2023 seventh-round pick.

To make room for White and Marlowe, the Bills released defensive tackle Brandin Bryant and wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins.

The Bills also reinstated cornerback Xavier Rhodes to the practice squad and released cornerback Jordan Miller from the practice squad.

Head coach Sean McDermott said it remains to be seen if White will play on Sunday against the New York Jets, despite being activated.

“He’ll remain day to day, and (I’m) not really going to get into speculating on whether he’s going to play this week or not,” McDermott said.
