Deputies say a Pennsylvania man left the scene of a DWI crash in the town of Caton last week.
David Sipps, 34, is accused of being impaired by drugs while driving down Sagetown Road in Caton. It’s alleged that his vehicle left the roadway and struck a fixed object.
The vehicle wound up rolling over.
Sipps was ultimately charged with DWAI-drugs, unregister vehicle, unsafe speed, failure to keep right, and leaving the scene of a crash.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
