Deputies arrested a Macedon man following a traffic stop and DWI investigation in the village of Palmyra on Saturday.
According to a news release, Cody Keller, 26, of Macedon was arrested for speeding and DWI.
It was found that Keller was intoxicated, then after investigation and showing signs of intoxication to deputies refused to submit a breath test.
He was subsequently charged with obstruction and harassment for physically resisting arrest after the traffic stop.
Two deputies were kicked by Keller during the arrest. No injuries were reported.
Keller was issued appearance and traffic tickets for the incident. The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
