Deputies have arrested a Macedon man following a multi-family apartment building fire that happened in July.
The fire occurred on July 27th at 2 West Street in the town of Macedon.
Following a lengthy investigation, Timothy Peper, 59, of Macedon was charged with reckless endangerment.
It’s alleged that on the night of the fire, Peper was believed to be intoxicated and began cooking chicken wings in oil on the stove.
He left the room and laid down. When Peper returned the stove and kitchen area were on fire.
Peper was arrested an issued an appearance ticket.
